The good: the service. They are very fast and very friendly. The decor inside this restaurant was beautiful. The strange: they have zero handicap parking spaces and they hide (in the center of their menu, just after a comment about bread) a one-liner that they won't separate checks for large parties. The location is right on the border between a reasonably good part of town and a not so good part of town. We still had no issues with this but we wanted to note it in case you don't know the location. The bad: No one necessarily disliked their food, but no one was excited about it either. It was fairly nondescript. The one negative comment was about the chicken marsala. It didn't taste like marsala at all and we questioned whether there was any wine in it at all. To be certain, the person in our party that ordered it shared with me. I agreed while it was tasty, it tasted nothing like marsala.

Awesome family owned local business with delicious food, attentive service and always an overall great experience. Also very accommodating for a recent special order that was on time and fabulous! Highly recommend!

Ever since Frankie sold the restaurant a few years ago, we've been looking for that same neighborhood Italian restaurant experience, and Rivera is the closest we've found. We got the supreme pizza, square cut and extra cooked, and it was phenomenal. Crispy crust, plenty of toppings, and cooked exactly the way we like it. What I love most is that this place feels like a true neighborhood restaurant again. The food is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell the owners care about the experience. It reminds me of what made Frankie's such a local favorite. We'll definitely be back.

Formerly known as Frankie’s Pizza, this place has completely transformed in the best way possible while still keeping that classic pizza shop feeling people actually miss nowadays. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they put real effort into making the restaurant feel welcoming and comfortable. The new interior is clean, warm, and cozy without feeling overly modern or soulless like a lot of places these days. The seating is extremely comfortable, the tables are spacious and sturdy, and the overall atmosphere just makes you want to sit down, relax, and actually enjoy your meal instead of feeling rushed out the door. One thing I really appreciated is that while they upgraded the restaurant itself, they still kept that old-school pizza place charm alive. Even the menu board still has that familiar classic look to it, which honestly brought back a lot of nostalgia. It feels like a family-oriented restaurant where people genuinely care about the food and the customers instead of just trying to push orders out as fast as possible. Absolutely loved this place. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The staff was super welcoming and attentive the entire time, and the atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. You can tell they care about quality and customer service. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve been to lately will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!!!
